WOD 5/31/12

Strength:
Thruster 3x5 @85% of 3RM from 5/3/12

Met-Con:
EMOTM complete 5 burpees and perform max
 rep Front Squats.
The goal is to complete 100 total Front Squats

*At the beginning of every minute perform
5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform
as many FS as you can.
At the beginning of the next minute perform
5 burpees and then max rep FS, and continue
this cycle until you reach 100 total Front Squats.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y.,
who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

"Murph"
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats
as needed. Start and finish
with a mile run.  If you’ve got a twenty pound
vest or body armor, wear it.

WOD 5/25/12

Met-Con:
AMRAP 15 Minutes
25m Sled Drag (90#)
5 Burpees

This is done with 3 people alternating on the sled pull. When one person competes the drag they will go into their burpees while the 2nd person starts the sled drag. Rest time will be from when you complete your burpees until the sled is brought back to you by the 3rd person.
